Why Formula 1’s experiential brand may be the Strip’s next must-book group venue
Las Vegas doesn’t do ordinary—and the newest entrant on the city’s event scene is proving it. This October, F1 Arcade Las Vegas opens inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, offering planners and incentive organizers a new kind of horsepower: a 21,000-square-foot experiential venue that merges competitive gaming, fine dining, and Formula 1 glamour in one high-octane package.
The flagship U.S. location of the officially licensed F1 Arcade brand, the space is already accepting private and corporate event bookings—and it’s easy to see why. With 87 full-motion racing simulators, multiple bars, and a terrace overlooking the Strip, the venue is built to make adrenaline part of the agenda.
From Pit Lane to Private Event Space
Designed with group business in mind, F1 Arcade Las Vegas offers configurations for everything from executive meetings to 600-person buyouts. The Briefing Room, a dedicated private space, includes 23 simulators, a 19-foot bar, AV-equipped dining areas, and an exclusive terrace for 220 guests.
“F1 Arcade Las Vegas sets a new standard for private events,” said Shelley Williams, vice president of U.S. sales for F1 Arcade. “Whether it’s a corporate meeting or a full-venue celebration, we offer a sleek, high-touch experience that can’t be replicated anywhere else.”
The venue’s modular design means it can pivot from boardroom energy to after-party velocity in minutes. Planners can choose structured racing competitions, leaderboard-driven challenges, or casual social play using simulators tuned to all skill levels. Side games like React and Lights Out—used by real F1 drivers for reflex training—add another layer of team-building potential.
Culinary Fuel and Craft Cocktails
Because no great event runs on empty, F1 Arcade layers its competitive energy with equally refined hospitality. Menus range from seafood towers and wagyu sliders to globally inspired small plates, while the beverage program—curated by Netflix Drink Masters winner LP O’Brien—offers both signature cocktails and “Designated Driver” mocktails.
This elevated F&B, combined with Formula 1-themed design and lighting, positions the venue squarely within the growing category of competitive socializing, where entertainment doubles as networking.
Event Planners, Start Your Engines
For corporate and incentive groups, the venue’s appeal lies in its flexibility. Planners can stage product launches, team competitions, receptions, or official F1 Watch Parties, which feature live Grand Prix screenings from Austin, Mexico, and Brazil alongside unlimited simulator access, quizzes, prizes, and post-race DJ sets.
Founder and CEO Adam Breeden, whose resume includes London’s Bounce and Flight Club, calls the venue “a hell of a ride.” But beneath the bravado is a clear strategy: transform Formula 1 fandom into a scalable group-experience brand. With 30 global locations planned within five years, including Boston, Washington D.C., Denver, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, F1 Arcade is revving up to become a new standard for hybrid entertainment and events.
High Octane Meets High Touch
Incentive and meeting buyers have long searched for ways to merge competition, culture, and connection—and F1 Arcade pulls all three into the same lane. It’s immersive enough for high-performance team building, refined enough for executive recognition, and flexible enough for brand activations that actually feel fun.
Las Vegas has no shortage of spectacle, but few venues deliver this blend of precision, pace, and personalization. For planners chasing the next experiential frontier, F1 Arcade Las Vegas may just be the ultimate podium finish.
