SITE NITE Europe 2025 welcomes record-breaking number of incentive travel professionals to Frankfurt
SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) brought together a record-breaking 500 incentive travel professionals for a night of meaningful connections, celebration, and cultural exchange at SITE NITE Europe 2025, held the night before the start of IMEX Frankfurt. The evening also marked the official launch of its new “chapter-lite” membership model, SITE affiliates, a key step in expanding SITE’s global footprint.
More than just a networking soirée, SITE NITE Europe cemented its position as a cornerstone of the incentive travel calendar. With an impressive 1:2 ratio of buyers to suppliers, the evening buzzed with high-energy connections and the kind of camaraderie that defines this often-understated but vital sector. Attendees, a rich mix of new and familiar faces from across the globe, reveled in delicious food, flowing drinks, and renewed connections, all within a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
“SITE NITE Europe continues to embody the spirit of connection and collaboration that powers the incentive travel industry,” commented Annette Gregg, SITE CEO. Her words underscored the deeper purpose of the event: a belief that this industry is not just about business, but about “building bridges, sharing cultures, and celebrating our global community.”
This year’s event also served as the official launchpad for a significant strategic move by SITE: the introduction of its new “chapter-lite” membership model, SITE Affiliates. This initiative aims to broaden SITE’s global reach by empowering members in regions with fewer than 20 active participants to form their own local affiliates, guided and supported by SITE HQ. Each affiliate will be steered by local industry professionals, acting as passionate community builders and SITE ambassadors.

The first such affiliate, SITE Italy, made its official debut at SITE NITE Europe, signaling the promising future of this expanded global footprint. Benedetto Consiglio, a co-leader of SITE Italy, articulated the driving philosophy behind the program: “At the heart of it, we believe stronger connections make our entire industry more resilient, more creative, and more impactful. We welcome every opportunity to collaborate because when one chapter or affiliate thrives, we all do.”
The sentiment of collective success resonated throughout the evening. By providing a dynamic launchpad for new contacts and business conversations, SITE NITE Europe 2025 not only set the stage for a productive week at IMEX Frankfurt but also reinforced the enduring value of incentive travel as a powerful driver of performance and purpose.
The success of SITE NITE Europe was made possible by the generous support of partners and sponsors, including industry giants IHG and IMEX, as well as Abu Dhabi, who hosted a pre-event reception.
