Arabian Adventures wins SITE Award for an epic Middle East trek
Arabian Adventures has been recognized for its outstanding work in the field of incentive travel, taking home the prestigious SITE Crystal Award for Excellence in Incentive Travel: Africa & Middle East for its recent program in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The award-winning program showcased the UAE’s unique blend of modernity and tradition to a group of adventurous employees from a French energy company.
The itinerary, designed to reflect the client’s commitment to nature and sustainability, included visits to some of the UAE’s most stunning natural landscapes, including the Jebel Jais mountains, the Eastern Mangroves in Abu Dhabi, and the Ras Al Khaimah desert. In addition to the natural beauty of the UAE, the program also highlighted the country’s rich cultural heritage, with visits to ancient souks, traditional pearl farms, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi.
Arabian Adventures’ attention to detail and commitment to authenticity were key factors in the program’s success. The company avoided using staged performers, instead opting for local musicians and dancers to provide entertainment. They also sourced local craftspeople, such as weavers and pearl fishermen, to share their centuries-old traditions with the group.

The program was a resounding success, with the majority of participants ranking it as the best incentive reward from more than two decades’ worth of programs. The client was also thrilled with the results, noting that the program not only motivated employees but also aligned perfectly with the company’s values of respect, performance, and a pioneer spirit.
