Colorado’s Premier Meetings Events Conference & Trade Show Returns – 25th Year

MIC Colorado, a collective of 10 leading associations and Denver, is ready to welcome more than 1,000 participants to the Colorado Convention Center March 25-26, 2025. The Meetings Industry Council community includes approximately 300 meeting and event planners, plus others from the meetings industry who join together from dozens of states around the country to support the vibrant meetings and events community in the Rocky Mountain area. 150 suppliers will have booths in the exhibit hall and there will be an evening reception and Celebration at the end of the first day for informal networking.

The highlight of the educational program is the keynote address on day one by keynote speakers, Mitch Mitchem and David Hanscom of HIVE Interactive, they will talk about real-world Ai solutions you can implement right now.

Educational sessions will address how the meetings and hospitality industry is evolving in unforeseen ways and explore solutions – “keys” – that will help planners create events that are relevant, compelling, and responsible, both fiscally and sustainably. For more information about the educational program click here.

MIC has been approved by the Events Industry Council (EIC) as a Preferred Provider of continuing education courses which qualifies for 8 hours of CMP continuing education credit.   Determination of continuing education credit eligibility or Preferred Provider status does not imply EIC’s endorsement or assessment of education quality.

MIC’s Hosted Buyer Program allows meeting planners and MIC sponsors/exhibitors to conduct business in an efficient and productive setting during exclusive hours prior to the MIC Annual Conference opening on March 25, 2025. In today’s fast-paced and competitive environment, curated meetings with potential supplier partners are a valuable use of time. At MIC’s Hosted Buyer Program, you meet one-on-one with suppliers who can help you attain your business objectives and get all the top-notch education and networking that MIC has to offer—for free. The morning of appointments will be followed by lunch in the Exhibit Hall. For more information about the hosted buyer program and to apply to be a hosted buyer click here
